Ever since founder Terry Mischefski cut the first block of polystyrene in the 1970s, innovation and flexibility have been at the core of EXPOL’s operations.
From this innovation XTENSION was born. Recognising the need for Kiwis to extend their living spaces without a costly renovation, we set out to design the perfect standalone space. One that is warm and dry, affordable and doesn’t require consent.
Through our contacts in the building industry and purchasing power we can offer a one stop shop for everything you may need in your new space. Including foundations, electrical, plumbing, blinds, floor coverings and delivery.
