Living Spaces are constructed using strong and lightweight EXPOL Emperor Panel with a pre-painted outer skin of COLORSTEEL and an insulated core. Doors and windows are double-glazed with aluminium joinery. Floors are made of plywood with EXPOL UnderFloor Insulation.
