For those with limited time or building skills you will want to order our prebuilt solution. Your XTENSION Space will be built in our Auckland factory and delivered directly to its final location.
Prebuilt options are available for all XTENSION Spaces.
All optional features can be fitted to your prebuilt Space in our factory. We will deal with our trusted brand partners on your behalf, meaning less contractors to organise at your home. Please note final electrical and other connections may be needed once on site.
Before you receive your prebuilt XTENSION Space your site will need to be appropriately prepared with foundations. You can lay your own foundations, or work with our preferred suppliers who can offer a fit-for-purpose concrete-free steel footing solution.
