STEP 2 | Kitset or Prebuilt
Choose to ‘Do it Yourself’ with a kitset cabin or why not simplify your life with a cabin prebuilt in our Auckland warehouse. Both options can be delivered straight to your door.
KITSET CABINS
OUR KITSETS
If you’re handy on the tools and confident in your building abilities, you’ll want to save money with our XTENSION cabin kitset option*.
Your kitset comes complete with everything you need for your cabin including all hardware, and a full set of assembly instructions.
Optional features are also available with our kitsets and we can work with our trusted brand partners to organise everything you need for your project.
Your kitset will be delivered to your door.

YOUR SITE
Before you receive your kitset cabin your site will need to be appropriately prepared with foundations. You can lay your own foundations, or work with our preferred suppliers who can offer a fit-for-purpose concrete-free steel footing solution at an additional cost.

Please note you will not receive the following with your kitset Simple Space:

- Foundations & other Optional features (unless selected)

PREBUILT CABINS
For those with limited time or building skills you may want to choose our prebuilt cabin solution. Your XTENSION cabin will be built in our Auckland factory and delivered directly to its final location.
OUR PREBUILT SPACES
Prebuilt unit options are available for all XTENSION Spaces.
All optional features can be fitted to your prebuilt unit in our factory. We will deal with our trusted brand partners on your behalf, meaning less contractors to organise at your home.
*Please note final electrical and other connections may be needed once on site.
